i JUST realized i have not sent out my holiday cards yet! - i'm usually on top of these type of things - i always forget birthdays and other 'holiday's - but Christmas - i'm always on top of sending my cards out pronto, like Monday after Thanksgiving, usually! - well except this year - but i'm gonna get to them by the end of the day! *1 thing off my list*
Here's a few cards i just found ..
WHAT KIND OF CARD STYLE ARE YOU?!
(( i'm the last ... simple to the point ))
House Update:
So my door knobs are in *love* and i tried to instal them last night, but it required power tools and i just wasn't in the mood (i'm handy) - i ordered my sectional yesterday (practically signed my life away) which will be delivered Friday *holla* (i got the white Futura leather one) - my TV and wall bracket are ordered and should be arriving early next week *boooyah* - my bar stools came in (Fuji's by Lumisource) and look fantastic in the kitchen - got my dining table is up (bench seating with 2 head chairs) and decored with sheep skin rugs on top - my office is complete (think Lichtenstein room) except it's missing a desk - my bedroom still needs everything (like moving my bed in and furniture, will do this weekend) - my bathroom is my love *sigh*, it's literally my zen spot in the house, just needs shelves in the closet .. it's going GOOD - almost officially can move in :o)
My Life:
my Mom is going to a support group tonight (in case u missed it, she has breast cancer) - which i think will be helpful - one of my brother's friends Mom went through the same thing - so my brother's friend called her yesterday and it really eased her - *thank you Zel* - With careful deliberation, my Mom is going to have a lumpectomy first, go through the radiation - and if it becomes too much and she can't handle it - then the mastectomy (issue with insurance company) - as of now that is the plan

ReplyDeleteThanks for the update on your Mom, I am glad she is finding support. I do send cards and this reminds me I should start thinking about it. One year I couldn't entice the kids to pose for a picture card but Buddy was more than happy to oblige... so buddy the dachshund graced our card. hee hee
