Settled into 2011

i honestly feel so good - relieved, relaxed, whole - loven' who i am and what my life is!


if you have been following me for a bit - you know my last few months in 2010 have been tragic, sad, cumbersome, tedious, scary, overwhelming, trying, emotional, blah blah (what could of happened, happened)


i've taken that time to refocus my energy on all the good in my life, rid of all negative energies, and set myself up for success!


i had to reevaluate relationships in my life, choices i have made, and let go of any past i might of held onto 


i'm settled into 2011 just perfectly right now - 10000% in the right mind, positive thinking, and good vibing energy!


i know it might sound hocus-pocus with my talk - but i truly believe in the Buddhist way of thinking - i'm Catholic but i live my life in the Buddhist light


i really believe in the way you think reflects the way you live and view your life


i choose to be happy, worry free, relaxed, good willed, chance taker, opportunity maker, loved, peaceful, and most importantly ME!


if i can't be "me", who will? - so HELLO 2011 i'm glad we finally have met; i hope you like ME as much as i like you! - now please play nice 2011, 2010 played dirty at the end!

My Life - Weekend
it's SNOWING today again in Jersey and gonna keep up until tomorrow sometime - so getting home from work today will be fun! - then it's gonna be movie night with me and my pups! - tomorrow if it's not too bad out i told my Niece that i would come over with Joe and build a snowman with her - so i'm pretty stoked about that - then Sunday it's her build-a-bear & house 5th birthday party - SO excited for that, i truly am so lucky that i get to see my sunshine almost every single day - best feeling in the world is being an Aunt to my niece Caitlyn! :o)

    Erika,
    Great attitude! I absolutely believe that our outlook creates our destiny. There are bumps along the way that we can not predict but I think sometimes that those are what cause us to slow down, to re-evaluate and to appreciate...you too? Hoping that your 2011 is amazing! Also, I think your niece might be one of the luckiest little girls I "know!" What a wonderful role model you are to her. Enjoy your weekend, it's snowing here in NY too!

    Happy New Year! This post makes me so happy. Full of hope and promise. I truly believe positive attracts positive and if that is any indication, I think you will have a fabulous 2011! I am excited about the possibilities myself. After several very difficult years, 2010 was a bright shining light. I am hopeful that 2011 will be that and much much more!     Erika, I so agree with all that you said. I think our lives are a gift and we should unwrap them as such. With anticipation and surprise. Once we open a gift we might not always like what is inside but we must always show gratitude and thankfulness. Afterall it is a gift that we have life at all!!! I am sooo looking forward to 2011 and what ever it gives me. My journey is always interesting and with hindsight I am often given the opportunity to see some of the Whys!!
    This year is going to be a year of anticipation for self-inprovement for me. Have a weekend full of wonderfulness with your sweet niece, kathysue

    I'm feeling great about 2011 also. I always said "I wish I could be more___!" But lately I'm been thinking, why don't just become ___??! If I want to be more put-together/positive/forgiving why don't I just DO it! A great way to think of life, for sure.

    You have such a fantastic attitude about everything! 2010 was also a tragic, sad year for me. There were awesome points - graduating with my Bachelors, getting engaged - but the last 6 months were horrible - I had two grandparents and my cat pass away. I'm ready for 2011!!!
