i'm ALL about views - when i go on vacation, first thing i think about with the hotel is THE VIEW! - cruises i have to have a balcony room, hotels need to have ocean/mountain views, ect. - and lord knows my dream home WILL have a spectacular view!
how fabulous with their view of their farm/vineyard
total dream for me here - ocean and mountains - i'd give up vital organs for this!
desert views - can you imagine waking up to that every morning, just beautiful!
how serene is this?! - completely calming
mountainside views - i can just smell the fresh air!
everyday life - might not be "grand" - but to see the tops of your tree's, good enough for me!
see i'm not all that hard to please!
(i just LOVE this room, exposed brick, built-in's, beams, slants, natural light *sigh*)
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT VIEWS?
In order to have an unforgettable vacation, a stunning view is a must! I'm loving views both on a seaside or mountains and these pictures are simply awesome! xo
ReplyDeleteWe both dream of fantastic views today:)
ReplyDeleteI adore the second one...I want to rent that loft for a weekend:) Would be perfect! If you have a chance, check out my morning post...I bet you will like it...It includes that image:)
Kisses, my lovely:)
Btw:Its so sweet that you are taking care of your little niece...awww
I always think about views when traveling! My favorite being of water.
ReplyDeleteThe snowy mountain image made me stop dead in my scroll! It was odd to see coming off of such a hot summer and a cool moment getting sucked into that space. I hope to live waterfront someday, it's at the top of my life long goals!
ReplyDeleteI love this post. As an architect, views should always be taken into consideration because Mother Nature provides so much free decor if we are wise enough to use it. The image of the vineyard and the snowy wonderful are beautiful. Who wouldn't want to stay in those rooms, unless they are outside of course. :) Have a great week Erika!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have one of these views! Stunning!

That lake view has my heart pitter-pattering a bit faster... I would LOVE to live there.
ReplyDeleteI love views... that is definitely what it's all about. I have a pretty big apartment, but no real view. My best friend has a teeny-tiny view but she looks out into the harbor and it's simply divine. I am perfectly content to simply exist on her couch and stare out the window.
Oh, I love beautiful rooms with breathtaking views! Great selection!
ReplyDeleteHope your week is going smoothly my dear friend, cheers: Evi
Amazing pictures! The last one is really stunning!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you. Having a piece of nature just outside the window is really something. It has a very calming, almost healing effect on us humans.
Ps. Thank you so much for stopping by and becoming a new follower at 'Komma hem'. I so appriciate it!!! Ds.
I live near the water so the mountain views take my virtual breath away! Love you blog, new followers:)

I am totally with you!!!! The views must be amazing...especially on vacation! I love all these photos. Makes me want to get out of this viewless cubicle I am sitting in!
ReplyDeleteViews are important. Last year at this time I was waking up to the view of the Bay of Fundy when I was on holidays, ahhhhh memories! Great images Erika!
ReplyDeleteI'm all about the view too! I always splurge for the more expensive option if it means a great view. Always.
ReplyDeleteLove all of these sweetie. You have me drifting off to dreamland! xoxo
If only i could somehow place myself in one of these pics! Take me away...
ReplyDeleteAlthough it wasn't as luxurious as the photos you posted my favorite view was from a hostel I stayed at while in Seattle. My bunk was next to a window overlooking the market. It was amazing to wake up and see the hustle of the people setting things up in the morning and the smell of fresh coffee and doughnuts. At night people walked the streets. The vibe was amazing.
ReplyDeletethese are all just divine. i especially love the deset view. those windows are amazing!
ReplyDeletewe picked a home that has a little view onto a greenbelt. it's not as nice as these, but we did the best we could here in suburbia. :P i love that you can just see trees from these two tiny craftsman-esque windows in our bedroom. i can at least PRETEND we live in the woods. :P
ohhh my gosh, i would take this in an instant!
ReplyDeleteonly problem, i would be terrified at night time haha
these are incredible!!! i love a nice view!! just as long as they're not too high :-)
ReplyDeleteWow. These are the kinda places you don't want to even get out of bed!! Amazing.

ReplyDeleteThe second picture is my favorite! I'm all about views too. One of my favorite parts of vacation is waking up early and drinking coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean. Ahhh, I feel more relaxed just thinking about it.
