i can't wait for my Dad's garden to produce with all the fresh veggies and fruits - eating al fresco all weekend long in the summer months - boating with fresh fruit in hand and a strawberry mojito in the other - light and fresh recipes are what i crave in the summer! - if it's FRESH I EAT IT! .. can't wait to get my fresh food on! -- oh and seafood, YUM, fresh fresh fresh seafood ! ! !

    I cannot WAIT for our incredible California avocados to be plentiful at the farmers' markets. And heirloom tomatoes. It's almost time! Those are pretty much all I want to eat in the summer.
