Targets at it Again - Collab Time

Fashion week and Valentines Day are coming up in February - but so is Target + Prabal Gurung collaboration - February 10th to be exact - 80 + pieces will be hitting the stores and on-line and it's expected to be like the Mission sellout (disaster if you ask me .. i still have a bad taste in my mouth over it) .. the most expense piece is $49.99 ..

So what do you think? - will you stay up all night and line up at the doors like you may have done for Missoni? - Or will you wait for 50-70% off like the Nieman Marcus collection ended up going to? - How do you feel about the Target collabs? - i'm curious to know, if you still go for them or pass them up!

    I'm not really digging any of that. Not my style. Plus the designer colabs always seem to run small and tight on me. I didn't really dig the missoni collection either, though. The chosen patterns weren't appealing to me at all.

    Target is so smart doing this!! High fashion for less! I already see a lil red & black dress that I know I will not be able to pass up!!! =)

    I think it's really fun that Target does this, but I haven't super crazy about anything yet.. maybe because by time I got there, all of the good stuff was gone! lol :)

    I am really loving the dresses and some of the ankle strap shoes - the problem is that at the time i shrug my shoulders and then I trawl ebay for stuff i should have bought when i had the chance!!

    I would definitely love to get my hands on the white dress and perhaps the wedges too. I don't go gaga over every collaboration (Kirna Zabete lost its appeal for me) but there are pieces that just plain work. The Altuzarra tray is one example and I have a Thakoon dress (off of Ebay because it sold out too quickly) that is quality and will last for a while!

    Target stuff is hit or miss I feel. I can get down with some of their pants and tops but have never bought their shoes before. I'm not quite sure about their home goods stuff so maybe I'll have to read more reviews

    Target has been awesome with their collaborations. I actually just started buying shoes from there recently and they are surprisingly comfy. xx

    I'm pretty excited about this collab, but mostly for the shoes;) It's been hit and miss the past few years it seems like, doesn't it? I'm a Target addict so I always end up checking out a new collab each time haha!
