one thing i LOVE about Spring/Summer is that i get to walk around barefoot! - i know some of you may think 'eww gross girl' - as I too have a loathing of other peoples feet - but soon as the air gets some warmth i look so forward to walking through the blades of grass between my toes, the sand capsizing over my feet, the asphalt being way too hot and running as fast as i can to coolness, walking the docks feeling each plank, ect.


i am THE girl who would be barefooted all the time if i could - 1 day at my work - i had a new pair of shoes (i do my 'breaking-in' phase always at work) on that were killing me - since i was the only one in the office that day - i took my shoes off and walked around in my socks - i felt like i was breaking every law in the book - that the shoe patrol people in the work force will be coming after me - non-the-less i survived the day with no arrest!

(if Jackie-O can do it, so can i)

    I love barefoot walking. If I can't go barefoot in the summer months then you'll find me in flip flops or the smallest sandals I can find.
    The best has to be walking on grass, closely followed by sand.

    As a kid we were forbidden to walk outside barefoot. It was so engrained in me and so now I can't even walk in my house barefoot. Freaks me out!

    I love being barefoot! In Canada we never wear shoes in the house so I'm either barefoot or wearing socks. It seems like everyone in the US wears their shoes inside, am I right? That's so weird! lol

    Barefoot on carpet and sand but anywhere else...not so much. Its funny my son hates the way grass feels on his bare feet. A little like his momma I guess.

    i'm SO a barefoot girl. Especially on or by the beach/ water. not gross at all! It's great to be grounded and feel the process of walking (ok that sounded wierd, but i hope you know what i'm talking about!)
