i've blogged many a times on windows - i love big ole grand show stopping windows - UPVC sash windows are a traditional part of British building heritage - these windows are mainly found in Georgian or Victorian houses - i've actually pulled some old sash windows out of the garbage and plan to do a DIY project with them - sash windows remind me of a 'home' with warmth and comfort - don't ask me why other then i probably think of the movie The Holiday which of course has sash windows all over the place ..
