shopbop just debuted their "wedding" boutique - am i the only one thinking, all the wedding dresses they show would be dresses you'd wear anytime to an event? - i'm not feeling like these dresses scream 'wedding' at all .. just 1 girls thought!

Maybe for a second wedding? Hope you are well!
ReplyDeleteThe second one is really pretty. I love the colour. Enjoy your Tuesday, sweetie
ReplyDeleteERIKA!!! this is MY WAY of dressing for a wedding!!!! I do not want to look like a giant cupcake with tons of icing....
ReplyDeleteI'd rather go for one like these dresses.

Lovely dresses, adore the last one!
ReplyDeleteThe dresses are very beautiful but for a wedding...I don't know about that!
ReplyDeleteLovely dresses but not one of them would I class as a "wedding dress".
ReplyDeleteX x x
I think it might be the styling. If these dresses were in the right setting, it would be much easier to see how pretty they could be at a unique wedding (I think anyway).
ReplyDeleteI agree.:D

Hmmmm.....some would work for a daytime backyard wedding and definitely for events!
ReplyDeleteOkay I totally agree with you. Neither one screams wedding. That's a lil disappointing. =/

I think the Maxazria would make a wonderful dress for a tropical wedding on the beach. (I so want to have for my 25th wedding anniversary)
ReplyDeleteThe second one is really pretty. I love the colour but maybe not for a wedding.
ReplyDeleteI agree. They are just dresses that they made white. Pretty though.
ReplyDeleteUmm... it just looks like they took all the white dresses they had on Shop Bop and stuck them in a "wedding" category.

ReplyDeleteYes totally agree with you. Then again, I like "wedding" dresses that aren't your traditional wedding dress. Gorgeous dresses....I'd totally wear the last one out to dinner :-)
ReplyDeleteI love that short number by Temperley London. Maybe my hubby and I can renew our vows and I'll get a chance on a second more fun wedding dress.
ReplyDeleteOh I'm so right there with u! Saw them yesterday..or was it today? Can't remember...the days are blurring. Yeah that kinda week. :)

They are all beautiful, but not what I classify as bridal. Have a great week Erika!!
ReplyDeleteThe second one would make a nice bridesmaids dress..
ReplyDeleteI have to tell you my friend's moving to Jersey! What should she expect?
totally dig the first and last one for a very casual beach wedding!
ReplyDeleteOMG! I LOVE them ALL!

As a non-traditional wedding gown lady, I'm obsessed with the Temperley number!
ReplyDeletei love it... these dresses are just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteohhh, I love all of them (except the first one)! perfect for a less formal wedding, as others have said. the concept of what's acceptable as a wedding dress has come a long way in the last few years (thank god).
ReplyDeleteThat blush color in photo #2 is so gorgeous... LOVE!! xo
ReplyDeleteI love the second one!
